SEA was formed as a non-stock, not-for-profit Delaware corporation in March of 2022, in response to the imminent threat of demolition and residential redevelopment of a more than 100-year-old historically significant structure known as the “Old Mill Store.” The SEA team is made up of a number of dedicated locals who believe in the mission of preserving this historic property and serving the community.
